Website Accessibility

Last reviewed: November 3, 2026. Lost World Caverns aims to make this website usable by people with disabilities and to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. The site uses semantic headings, keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus styling, descriptive image text, and labelled form fields.

Physical access information

This statement covers the website, not the physical cave. The self-guided cave route includes about 350 steps. The Wild Cave Tour includes crawling, climbing, and muddy conditions and is listed for ages 10 and older. The operator does not publish a complete accessibility description for the underground routes.

If you have a question about the physical route, mobility, sensory needs, or the best way to plan your visit, call Lost World Caverns at (304) 645-6677 before booking. The team can discuss the information currently available.

Third-party booking

Booking and gift-card links open the Peek Pro service in a new tab. That service has its own accessibility features and may have constraints outside this website. Contact the booking provider through its page if you need assistance with checkout.
